experience with teaching in leadership roles

I’ve had experience in teaching coding and introductory engineering principles through my experiences as team lead, club president, and software designer for various roles.

Penn State Health's software Dev Team lead

I had the privilege of helping design a software for the Anesthesiology Department at the Penn State Hershey Hospital, for which I had the responsibility of leading the team in a year-long project to design in app for their planning and scheduling needs.

I helped direct project timelines, organizing week-to-week tasks, and reviewing code and helping with coding issues in the team.

Engineering Club President

I took the lead in Penn State’s Engineering Club as the Club President from 2019 – 2021, in which I helped plan and organize events, project timelines, club roles, and project responsibilities.

I also helped members to learn basic CAD and coding skills that can help each member contribute and feel like an active member of the team.

SFU Robotics Software designer

I was involved in taking charge in designing the software for the 2021 Robotics Challenge at Simon Fraser University, in which I led a team in designing a robot to complete a physical maze autonomously.

I primarily was responsible for organizing our team’s weekly tasks, managing the code for our project, and helping teammates with their tasks in constructing the robot and building their sections of code.
